Youth and Adolescent Athletes
As a young athlete, working on the fundamentals seems to be the key to learning your sport. While focusing on physical and tactical parts of the game is very important, practicing mental skills can help set you up for success. Including mental skills training early in a sport career helps athletes acquire skills faster, gain more confidence, and enjoy the game for a longer period of time. Ignite Performance Group works with athletes as young as age 8 to help them have fun and be successful in sport and in life.
